Cash

Cash gifts are always welcome to support our many need-based access and scholarship programs, and ensure the Science Factory is accessible to all.  Cash gifts can be made at any time here.

Business Partnerships

The Lancaster Science Factory partners with local businesses in a number of ways to help reach their marketing, volunteerism, and charitable giving goals.  From event sponsorships to tax credit programs to business memberships and beyond, our Business Partner Guide can help you find the right fit for your company.

IRA Charitable Distribution

If you’re a donor over the age of 70.5 taking distributions from a traditional or Roth IRA, a gift of part of this income can be an easy and tax-friendly way to support the Science Factory today.  More information is available in our Gift Planning Toolkit

Gift by Will or Living Trust

Donors of all ages can support the Science Factory in the future by naming LSF in their will or living trust.  See our Gift Planning Toolkit for more information.

Beneficiary Designation

Donors at any age can name the Science Factory as the beneficiary of a retirement or life insurance policy, with a portion of the remaining assets being distributed to LSF at the end of the donor’s life.  For more information, see our Gift Planning Toolkit.

Gifts of Appreciated Securities

Giving appreciated securities can be a tax-efficient way to support the Science Factory.  The easiest way to make a stock gift is to ask your broker to make an electronic transfer.  They will need the following information.
