Mission: Curiosity, Creativity, and Confidence.
In 2020, members of the staff and board worked together to create a revised mission that better reflected the work that our staff does and how we live every day at the Lancaster Science Factory. This also included a new set of values and a vision for the future. Each day, the aim of our staff is to promote this mission and vision to every guest who walk through our doors. Whether they are locals, tourists, school groups, or attending one of our workshops, we our mission is to ensure that everyone is inspired with a sense of curiosity, creativity, and confidence. This mission is so important to us that we recently added it to our front doors, so it is one of the first things guests see as they enter.
