The Lancaster Science Factory offers fun for the whole family with over 75 interactive exhibits and experiments. Members receive FREE unlimited visits! Click here to view our different membership options to fit your family.
We are open on most major holidays, with the exception of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. The Science Factory is a great destination for visiting friends and family. Our classes and camps are a great option for STEM enrichment for kids in grades K – 8th grade.
Learn
Hands-on exhibits relating to STEM are aligned with PA State Academic Standards. Closely supervised demonstrations in the Science Cafe provide deeper learning. Bi-Annual Newsletters and eNews Update Subscriptions keep you posted about special events and Member Only offers!

For many families, a membership will pay for itself in just three visits! We have numerous Member benefits available including discounts on camps and classes. PLUS Teachers can save $10 off a Family or Family Plus Membership.
The Science Factory is a member of the Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC)’s Passport Program, which allows you to visit over 350 museums worldwide with your membership.

While supporting the Science Factory’s mission of making the Factory accessible to all young people in our community, your membership dollars support new exhibits, educational programs, and museum sustainability. The Science Factory is a non-profit organization and part of your membership dollars are tax-deductible (consult your tax adviser for more information).
