The Party Organizer (named above) agrees to:


• Request goodie boxes for children at least one week prior to the party date.
• Submit a final headcount (maximum of 25) to the Lancaster Science at least one week in advance of the party date.
• Communicate party location and time to party guests. If children are being dropped off, please be advised that we do NOT offer child care and children must be supervised in the exhibit hall.
• Arrive no earlier than 30 minutes in advance to set up the party room (tables and chairs will be set up for you). The party organizer is welcome to bring table-top decorations only. We do not allow balloons or anything to be pinned to the walls.
• Place all trash in receptacles provided at the conclusion of the party.
• Leave the party room promptly at the conclusion of the party. Your reservation is for 2 hours, but admission to the Lancaster Science Factory is included, and guests are welcome to stay until close.
• Pay any balance due at the conclusion of the party. (Unless there are any changes to your reservation, the amount you pay today is the total amount due.)


CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel your birthday party please contact a Lancaster Science Factory staff member. Birthday parties cancelled at least 7 days in advance will receive a FULL refund. Cancellations received fewer than 7 days in advance will receive a refund of 1/2 of the purchase price.


INCLEMENT WEATHER:
If, due to inclement weather on or around the date of your reservation, you need to reschedule your party, please contact the Lancaster Science Factory immediately to choose other available dates. The Lancaster Science Factory reserves the right to retain your payment if the Science Center is open the day of the scheduled party and you do not wish to schedule for another available date.
